Quentin Rogers and The Mobile Gearhead: Keeping Our Community on the Move

Automotive maintenance and repair services are not just about fixing cars; they are about ensuring safety, reliability, and peace of mind. Today, we celebrate Quentin Rogers, owner of the Mobile Gearhead LLC. Through his business, Quentin has dedicated himself to focusing on the community by keeping our vehicles in top condition. The Mobile Gearhead is an automotive business that offers affordable, immediate repair services directly to its customers. Their locations include Omaha, Papillion, Ralston, La Vista, and Council Bluffs. With his van, Quentin can go to these locations with just a call to help his customers get their vehicle back on the road. The Mobile Gearhead offers various services such as diagnostic service, regular maintenance, battery replacement, and emergency services.

Community and his faith are big aspects to Quentin’s journey in the automotive industry. He has made The Mobile Gearhead the cornerstone of the community—a place where trust is built, problems are solved, and relationships are forged. Quentin views his business as a means of ministry, offering support to those who have a difficult time getting honest advice and fair pricing. Throughout every interaction, Quentin has shown how to ensure safety, reliability, and peace of mind. He’s even been a trusted mechanic for our Executive Director, Eden Butler, before The Mobile Gearhead officially began.

From a young age, Quentin enjoyed taking things apart and putting them together. He originally was heading towards the route of sales, but the pandemic pushed him to explore his talents in the automotive industry further. What started as a hobby quickly grew into something more. Quentin recalls what pushed that drive for him, “A good friend of mine needed some help with his car one day. He dropped off his car in my house, and I got the work done. I gave him his car back and after giving him his car he asked me if he could refer me to some people and I said sure.” Quentin’s hobby became part-time, and then, “Morphed and blossomed to where it is now, which is a full-time business.”

Looking ahead, Quentin has plans to host workshops for people who need basic education on car maintenance and tips to avoid scams. He expressed his understanding of how people have lives and how cars are necessary to keep them going. Without a car, they can feel stuck and desperate, which is what makes them vulnerable to dishonest practices. These workshops will definitely be helpful for anyone seeking to learn basic car care or needing guidance and support in purchasing a vehicle.

Quentin has proven to be a trusting person that ensures that his customers reach their destinations safely and efficiently. We appreciate Quentin for his hard work, dedication, and invaluable service. His passion for excellence keeps the community moving forward, one vehicle at a time. We’re so proud of his achievements and look forward to seeing him continue his success with The Mobile Gearhead!
